Purchasing Goods from The Fly Fishing Centre:

• When you place an order via our website, you will be re-directed to the secure server of our Merchant Services Services provider 'Worldpay' who will process the payment transaction on our behalf. If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be directed to the secure 'PayPal' server to authorise payment. Both payment providers have been selected for the level of security they provide to customers, using advanced encryption technology to protect your personal information and your card details.
• On completion of the order process, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order, delivery details and payment notification.
• Should you place an order by telephone, we will proceed to process the transaction through our Merchant Services Provider 'World Pay'. For 'PayPal' payments, an invoice will be generated and issued to you for payment. 
• Payment in full must be received prior to goods being shipped.

Price:

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website or by written quotation.

Your Right to Cancel:

You may cancel your order with us for goods purchased within 7 days, however if the goods have been processed and despatched before you cancel your order, then you are responsible for sending the goods back to us at your own cost and risk.

Bespoke items made to your specification and perishable goods may not be returned.

To cancel your order, you should notify us in writing by e-mail at info@salarseries.com.Prior to return, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items. If you fail to take reasonable care and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card, less any direct costs incurred by us will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question have been returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.

Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver to your area.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
Due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns:

We will gladly exchange or refund any item within 28 days of purchase, provided it is returned in new and unused condition including its original packaging and with all labels attached. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our business address and it is recommended that you use a signed-for delivery service for extra security.

Privacy:

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
